If we do not have availability or you need a more spacious place then you may wish to check out our other pool villa. This villa is a 4-bed, 2 bath villa with its own heated pool in Kissimmee. Or if you prefer a 3-bed pool villa try our neighbour's pool villa next door to our 3-bed villa.

- Payment in US dollars, Euros or other currencies can be arranged, if required.
- Rental charges shown are inclusive of US taxes and all services and utilities.
- Auxiliary electric pool heating in winter. Add £60/week or pay locally to the management company.
- Security Deposit £100 per booking. Refunded after successful clean and check
- Prices are for each complete week (7 nights - any start day) where the stay begins in a given period.
- Additional nights charged at the pro rata weekly rate.
- Stays of less than 1 week may be possible depending on time of year and existing bookings ( a cleaning fee of £50 will be applicable). Please ask.
- All utilities (Water, Electric [excl. pool heating], phone etc.)
- Maid and laundry/cleaning on change over.
- Colour satellite TV.
- PC with broadband internet.
- House security safe
- Free local calls. Long distance on all major credit cards.
- Gas Barbeque (no charge)
- Auxiliary electric pool heating system in winter (see Charges)
- Baby cot & chair can be provided on request (No charge)
For the benefit of all who stay in the villa we ask that you refrain from smoking whilst inside the villa.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked ( included in the above rentall prices) is required to secure a booking and the balance should be paid within 6 weeks of departure.
If you book within 8 weeks of departure then you should pay the full amount to secure the booking.
Security Deposit£100 security deposit to cover breakages/damage etc. This is paid with the payment balance and is fully refunded after the management company has successfully cleaned and checked the villa.
We expect minor mishaps and breakages from time-to-time and would not consider such normal wear and tear to be deductible.
